We had three ladies at our meetup group last night. All three of us started out feeling kinda bummed out, but we encouraged each other and ended up having fun. So far, we are growing by one member per month.
I know that as winter approaches there will be more empty nesters sitting at home alone. My hope is that they will find the courage to contact our group either by email or in person at one of our meetup groups.
You do not have to do this alone. You are welcome to join us and fill your nest with new friends.

Dear Empty Nesters

I work for a talk show that is looking for people with relationship problems who need advice from our pro. The show is called "The Greg Behrendt Show." Greg is a comedian that wrote for "Sex and the City." Greg is also the author of "He's Just Not That Into You" and "Its Called Breakup Because Its Broken." Our show focuses on helping married couples, singles in the dating world, families, and friendships.

Please write in if you or someone you know needs help with the following issues.

Do you need a first date survival guide? Do you have tons of 1st dates, but never a 2nd? Our relationship guru can help you learn the do's and dont's of first dates!

Are you or someone you know a recent empty nester? Are you have a difficult time coping with the fact that your children are grown and moved out?

Do you have a monster-in-law? Are your in-laws driving you nuts? We dare you to tell your monster-in-law horror stories! Do you want to tell them to back off without hurting their feelings?
